A seasoned real estate professional with more than 20 years of experience in construction and development, Václav has driven over $450M in completed projects. He oversees all strategic real estate activities across Central Europe, delivering projects from concept to completion.

Graduate of the Czech Technical University, an experienced chartered engineer specializing in multimillion-pound residential projects.
With over 20 years of experience in hospitality, tourism, and residential development, he leads all sales at DFG Real Estate.
Member of the Czech Solar Association, a chartered electrical engineer with over 35 years of experience in the operation and development of infrastructure projects.
A financial expert with over 20 years of experience in financial management, controlling, and accounting within international companies, and part of DFG since 2013.
Experienced financial controller with a strong background in finance, accounting, and reporting, bringing expertise to DFG since 2014.
Over 25 years in public and private market investing. A successful, exited founder, Sayu has deployed over GBP 500M in Pan-European real estate. He is a Sloan Fellow from London Business School and holder of the IMC qualification.
Senior Investment Analyst with 7+ years of experience in Venture Capital and Business Valuations. Track record in top CEE TMT transactions at PwC. Contributed to the deployment of capital across 15+ startups.
