Position Overview
The Sales Advisor will support the Sales Director in driving early-stage sales efforts for Porta Rai Resort, focusing on client relationship management, and sales process administration. This role serves as the first point of contact for potential buyers and investors, assisting in qualifying prospects, coordinating meetings, and ensuring smooth communication throughout the sales cycle. The Sales Advisor plays a key role in nurturing client relationships and contributing to the overall success of the sales strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective clients, responding promptly to inquiries and providing detailed information about the Porta Rai Resort project
Qualify leads through initial communication, assessing client needs and readiness to proceed
Support the Sales Director in scheduling and coordinating client meetings, presentations, and site visits
Assist in preparing sales documentation, contracts, and promotional materials
Nurture ongoing client relationships by providing consistent follow-up and ensuring a high level of customer service throughout the sales cycle
Gather market intelligence and client feedback to support sales strategy adjustments and reporting
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and alignment on client expectations and project updates
Contribute to the achievement of sales targets by supporting pipeline development and closing efforts under the guidance of the Sales Director
What you bring on board
1-5 years of experience in sales, experience in luxury real estate, hospitality, or high-end product sales is an advantage
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Goal-oriented with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets
Proactive approach to identifying opportunities and solving challenges
Team player with ability to work under direction and collaboratively
High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
