Position Overview

DFG Real Estate is looking for a Team Assistant for our Prague office at Brumlovka. We don’t expect a diploma or experience in real estate, but we need someone who enjoys bringing order to the chaos. Someone who can handle invoices and colleagues, Excel sheets and Christmas parties. A personality who can keep track of projects in Písek, Kladno, and Prague and still keep a smile. You’ll be the one preparing presentations for investors, keeping an eye on documents, picking up the phone with grace (and a coffee in hand), and making sure the office and paperwork is in a great shape. We’re looking for a teammate who can keep this real estate circus running.

Main scope

  • Bringing operations to order, handling invoices, and ensuring the office and paperwork are in great shape.

  • Welcoming visitors and providing complete support to the management team.

  • Managing office logistics and phone calls.

  • Tracking various real estate projects in locations such as Písek, Kladno, and Prague.

  • Organizing internal events, such as Christmas parties and other office functions.

  • Supporting business trips organization and travel arrangements for the team

What you bring onboard

  • Czech: native level, English: communicative

  • Ability to juggle three things at once and look like it’s no big deal

  • A detail-oriented organizer (not afraid of GSuite & Excel)
