The Role
We are looking for an in-house Finance Manager to provide day-to-day support for the company’s finance operations (budgeting, reporting, controlling, etc.) and support for developing ongoing investment projects (hotels and tourist complexes). We offer potential employees a great working environment within a young and ambitious team. We offer a position in an attractive hospitality sector, with the possibility of being part of a successful company with a pipeline of ambitious tourism and hotel projects (300+ rooms, 70.000 + m2 of GDA, etc.). Our goal is to develop landmark projects in prime locations in Montenegro to influence and establish new trends in Montenegrin hospitality and tourism industries.

Primary Job Responsibilities
  • Businesses partnering with stakeholders to improve performance by giving clear guidance and recommendations
  • Preparing and researching information for financial models for projects and analysing Financial Statements
  • Preparing and submitting monthly reports to the stakeholders
  • Preparing and managing cash flow
  • Preparing and managing budgets and forecasts
  • Compiling and delivering all documents and information to the external accountancy provider
  • Preparing and managing expense reports

Education & past employment
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics or a related discipline Past Employment Experience: Minimum 3-4 years of relevant experience

Technical Skills
Language skills: Montenegrin language (mother tongue or fluent) and English (fluent) are necessary. Advanced Excel skills (including pivot tables, v-lookups, sumifs, and logical formulas). Excellent financial planning and reporting skills Excellent cash flow management skills Solid knowledge of accounting and a basic understanding of tax regulation Knowledge of IFRS (desirable) Knowledge of G-Suite (Google Sheets, Google Drive, Google Slides, Google Docs, Gmail, etc.) (desirable)
