Position overview

DFG seeks a Marketing Director to lead the marketing strategy and execution for the Porta Rai Beachfront Hotel & Residences project. This role oversees brand development, digital marketing performance, lead generation, and customer engagement across all channels, working closely with executive leadership, sales teams, and external agencies. The Marketing Director defines and manages marketing budgets, establishes KPIs, ensures brand consistency, and regularly reports performance and insights to stakeholders. Candidates should have 7+ years of relevant marketing experience, a strong background in digital and performance marketing, and proven experience working with premium or luxury brands. Fluency in English is required. Strong leadership, strategic thinking, analytical skills, and hands-on expertise in digital platforms, analytics tools, and CRM systems are essential.

Job responsibilities

  • MARKETING STRATEGY & PLANNING STAGE: Develop the overall marketing strategy for Porta Rai Beachfront Hotel & Residences, define brand positioning and messaging, set clear KPIs, and create a multi-channel marketing plan. Coordinate internal teams and external agencies to ensure alignment with project goals, budget, and timelines.

  • DIGITAL MARKETING & PERFORMANCE: Lead digital campaigns across META, Google Ads, programmatic, and native platforms, optimize campaigns for lead generation, engagement, and conversion. Set up and monitor tracking, pixels, remarketing, and audience segmentation. Ensure website, landing pages, and blog are optimized for UX, content, and conversion.

  • CONTENT, SOCIAL MEDIA & COMMUNICATIONS: Define content strategy and oversee production of photo/video, 3D visuals, lifestyle content, and storytelling formats. Manage social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok), newsletters, and audience engagement communications. Maintain consistent brand tone and luxury positioning across all platforms.

  • COLLABORATION & TEAM MANAGEMENT: Lead the marketing team, coordinate with sales teams, external agencies, and partners. Provide marketing materials, presentations, and digital content to support sales and lead conversion. Ensure smooth collaboration across departments and alignment with investor expectations.

  • BUDGET, REPORTING & ANALYTICS: Manage marketing budget, monitor ROI, and track performance against KPIs. Prepare regular reports on digital performance, campaign effectiveness, lead generation, and brand metrics for executive leadership and investors. Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tag Manager) and CRM systems for insight-driven decision-making.

  • BRAND & CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE MANAGEMENT: Ensure brand consistency in all communications and marketing outputs. Shape a premium customer experience by defining storytelling, visual guidelines, and engagement strategies that reflect the luxury positioning of the project.

What you bring on board

  • Proven experience leading multi-channel digital strategies (mandatory)

  • Experience with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and other analytics tools

  • Advanced knowledge of META and Google Ads ecosystems

  • Background in premium, lifestyle, or luxury brands (strong advantage)

  • Understanding of the real estate market (preferred, but not required)

  • Highly independent, strategic, and results-driven mindset

  • Excellent command of English

  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to coordinate internal and external teams

  • CRM expertise and a strong understanding of the customer journey
